If you’re not in the mood for fall just yet, this pumpkin pie smoothie may have you looking forward to the coming season.
Unlike some of my other dessert recipes, this one is actually pretty healthy for you.
I whipped this up yesterday when it was pretty hot and humid.
Needless to say, it was pretty refreshing and tasty.
Here’s a brief summary of what I used to make my smoothie. You can change up the ingredients and/or amounts a bit to your liking:
1/2 frozen banana, cut in chunks
1/3 C canned pumpkin
1/3 C plain or greek yogurt
1/2-3/4 C milk
vanilla
ice cubes
cinnamon/nutmeg/cloves
Place all ingredients in a blender to mix.
Oh, and a dollop of whipped cream on the top!
I love this! It sounds super yum and I can’t wait to try it, thanks!
